Manual harvest occurred during the second week of September. The grapes were fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, temperature-controlled tanks. The maceration (with the skins) lasted 28 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for 8 months in the stainless steel tanks and a minimum of 12 months in bottle before release.Ageing:6 months in stainless steel tanks and minimum 8 months in bottle.
