News @craftandcru: Masks, Tastings, and an Anjou Blend

That's me, and I've got my mask on because the delta variant spreads quickly and even though all of us at Craft and Cru are vaccinated, we can still get it and spread it...

It doesn't feel great, but we are wearing masks at Craft and Cru again, and we ask that you do the same when you visit us. We have disposable masks for you if you forget to bring one, but please do try to remember to bring your own. We are also putting tastings on hold until further notice. It was nice to see you here sipping and chatting like the old days, and we'll get back there, but for now we need to play it safe.

Now for something a little more fun: a reduced price on a delicious white blend from the Loire Valley.

Couleurs du Breuil 'Les Petites Rochettes' 2018 - $12 (regular price $18)

A blend: Chenin, Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Airy bouquet of dried flowers, dusty gravel road, lots of citrus, a little apple and quince... vibrant and zippy, textured and grippy, full of crunchy fruit and intriguing earthy nuance... finishing dry, stony and citrusy, with subtle floral, spicy and herbal notes lingering nicely. This was superb at $18. At $12 it is a steal.
